Yes, I recommend that you do. Obviously not holidays etc. Sometimes we might do 2 weekly sessions as you come towards the end.
If you can’t pay, we can discuss this face to face and work something out.
This completely depends on the issues you feel you need to work on and also how much you do outside of a session.
Yes, the only exception to this is where I may discuss a case with my supervisor, but no names are mentioned.
How much will it cost?
Initial session for assessment is FREE, this takes about half an hour to an hour, and the individual sessions thereafter are £45 to £80.

Do you keep notes?
Yes I do, but these are very brief and are mainly used to prompt my thinking. They are anonymous and confidential and held in a secure filing cabinet.
I offer individual therapy, which is based on an integrative approach. This includes elements of:

- Attachment Therapy
I use different tools as I see the need as one size does not fit all.
